We've also included educational diagrams of all the crate styles, pallet styles, options and techniques, so if you decide you need a foam 'Floater Deck' you can see how one is glued together. Smooth Process
Crate Pro will hold your hand through the crating process. For many simpler crates, (and if you are reading this, that's probably most of the crates you will be building for a while) designing is a 1-2-3 process. After a simple one-time setup process, just select the general style you want to design; enter the length, width, depth and weight of the product; then view, print or e-mail the customer quote and cutting instructions. You can also see precise weights-and-dimensions, material lists, costs and profits!
Crate Pro automatically saves and indexes the final design so you can easily recall it anytime.
Simple Setup
The software comes fully populated with material inventory, costs, weights and times already entered for you. You can sit right down and within minutes, start creating designs! There's no need for a tedious and lengthy setup process just to get started. Once you get a feel for things, feel free to change only a few settings or any of the thousands of perameters that are available for 'tweaking'. We DO suggest you check out all the setup settings to assure they meet your needs, but we think you will find it pretty simple to accurately design crates in just a few minutes.

Crate Pro does not 'guess' sizes or costs for the crates it designs. Every detail down to the weight and cost of staples or nails is carefully calculated and based on real data. Waste is accounted for by each individual piece of material. Crate Pro is COMPLETE AND ACCURATE! All designs are based on engineered standards and specifications that have been written by government or civilian Transport Container Design Engineers.
