To assure the best phone support, click on Help from within Crate Pro, then select the Support Tab. Click the button on that screen to generate system information and add your technical support question before sending the e-mail.

We ask that you email or fax your Cut Sheets for specific designs that you have questions on. Most questions can be answered by reviewing the manual, videos or Hints, but we will be happy to assist you in becoming proficient with the program.
